ESORI omega3 is a top quality omega-3 vegetable oil, rich in essential omega-3 fatty acids, developed on the basis of organic oils and highly effective oil-soluble vitamins and antioxidants. All the ingredients used are organic products. That is, the oils used are examined by random sampling for impurities, heavy metals and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). Other dangerous or controversial ingredients are not used.

The recommended daily dose for a healthy person is 3 ml (corresponding to approx. 20 sprays) per day. Thanks to its pleasant and delicate citrus flavor, this oil can also be taken undiluted. Alternatively, it can be added to hot or cold foods and beverages, for example, on salads or drizzled on bread.

What are omega-3 fatty acids?

Omega-3 fatty acids belong to the group of polyunsaturated fatty acids.

The three most important representatives are:

  • Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which is found exclusively in vegetable fat sources such as soya, walnut, rapeseed or linseed oil, as well as
  • Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and
  • Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) from oily fish varieties such as herring, mackerel or salmon.

Since the body lacks the proper enzyme to produce these fatty acids themselves, they must be absorbed from animal or vegetable sources with our diet, e.g. seaweed, krill or fat sea fish such as mackerel or herring. ESORI omega3 is obtained from 100% vegetable substances. With the daily intake of vegetable fatty acids and vitamins it is possible to remedy nutritional deficiencies.
